Our Story

Dream Beyond the Net began out of love and gratitude for a mentor who never stopped giving — our beloved Coach Cal.

When he faced stage-four cancer, his fight revealed not only the cost of illness but the strength of community. What started as a small circle of friends determined to support one coach has grown into a nonprofit devoted to helping others walk through hardship with dignity and hope.

We believe tennis is more than a sport — it is a bridge that connects people, nurtures resilience, and teaches the value of perseverance. Through our programs, we strive to provide access to quality healthcare, mental-wellness support, and inclusive tennis opportunities for all who dare to dream beyond the net.
